Nothing to complain about, I had a good stay and would love to come back here some time. Fairly clean and the staff was pleasant and efficient. The room was fairly quiet and bright with comfortable bed, good air conditioner, for example, and all other comforts. The location was great and incredible, not too far from Ancient Rock Tombs.

The personal service was great! We had to check out before breakfast for an early flight, so they prepared a snack bag for us and my parents had a late afternoon flight and kept the room until 3 for no extra charge and the owners made sure they were safely put in a cab. The whole hotel is clean, bright and comfortable, and the problem of solar-heated water for the shower overcome by individual water heaters in the bathroom. We loved the view from the roof terrace.
The rooms are small, but there is enough space to store clothes, and the bed was very comfortable, extra pillows provided on request.

Friendliness of the couple who run the hotel. They made you feel welcome from the minute you arrive. Everything is spotless. Excellent Turkish Breakfast. The view on the rooftop dining area incorporates the famous Rock Tombs. 10 out of 10 on all counts.

I can only confirm what other reviews have already told: excellent hotel at a very reasonable price in a little side street of Dalyan. Definitely recommended!

The best accommodation we stayed in Turkey. And the best value for money. Cosy and clean rooms, stunning terrace with amazing views of the river and the Lycian tombs. Extremly kind staff. The best breakfast we had. It doesn't have swimming pool as many other small hotels and pensions, but you couldn't get more for the price you pay! We would definitely repeat.
